8. Be aware of your decisions

Here the key point is personal responsibility. Too often we make decisions without realizing it and say "I don't have a choice" when in fact we have made a choice. Maybe indeed all the options that were available to us did not suit us, but we made the right choice at some point.

Simply having some form of desire will increase your level of consciousness. Desire encourages us to take steps to move forward consciously. You should make a list of everything you would like to be, do, and have in life. Then from this list, choose the thing you want to achieve first.

Having sex is a way to transfer and share energy with another person. Intimacy allows us to connect with each other from heart to heart, something we do less and less today in our society.

Realize that you are fundamentally a spiritual being living in a physical body. At lower levels of consciousness, this concept may seem unrealistic and very difficult to understand. However, if you realize that you are a spiritual being (a part of the Universe), who came to Earth to experience the material world, you will find it much easier to play the game of life and life will seem much simpler.


30. See defects as a "mirror image".

When you examine the shortcomings of others and identify them, use them as a teaching tool for yourself. The people in your life were not put there by mistake, they were put there to teach you something about yourself. By being able to take personal responsibility for what is displayed by others, you can take the information and make very positive changes in your life.

For example, if you can't stand selfish people, look at yourself and ask yourself how this triggers a reaction in you. As a child when you showed love for yourself didn't your parents tell you it was wrong? Is being selfish wrong, or did other people make you feel it was wrong? Why do you think this? Take the time to ask yourself and see if you are not allowing yourself to behave in a way that is part of you. This awareness will help you become even more yourself.

Everyone has a different perspective based on their personal experience, purpose and personality. As a result, each person has a unique form of understanding that they can share with others.

There are countless ways for you to share your knowledge with others. All you have to do is take steps to find the most effective way to share your vision.


39. Acquire the wisdom of others

No one person has all the wisdom of the universe in his or her brain. That is why it is important to study the wisdom of others and apply their wisdom to your life.

As mentioned earlier, everyone has a unique perspective and knowledge base to contribute. Studying the wisdom of others can be done in many ways.

For example, you can have face-to-face encounters with a more conscious person and ask them for life advice. Read books, blogs on various topics. Going to personal development and spirituality seminars.


40. Look at your ego

The more you are aware of your ego and how it manifests itself, the easier it is to detach from it. Letting our ego get out of control and take the driver's seat in our lives quickly lowers our state of functioning.

Being aware of our ego allows us to take responsibility for it, you will then detach yourself from it and raise your consciousness. In fact, you will see that you are not your ego. But that it is only a component of your being.

Several times a day, try to breathe consciously for 1 minute. This simple exercise will allow you to reconnect with your breathing, making it more ample and effective.





51. Spend more time with yourself

In the hectic lifestyle of the 21st century, it is very common for people to spend time with others, without ever taking the time to dedicate themselves and focus on their own lives. In fact, the majority of people are afraid of "loneliness" and seek constant companionship to erase this feeling.

Except that it is really very useful to have one's moments of solitude to focus on oneself, to discover oneself, to pay attention to one's thoughts and emotions, one's mental patterns.


52. Listen more than you talk

In this day and age, it seems that there is always someone who wants to be the center of attention: conversations become selfish "competitions". While being the center of attention can be enjoyable and a rewarding experience, it can become dangerous for your conscience if it is motivated by your ego.

You have to determine for yourself what works best for you. One of the best ways to do this is to educate yourself about different religions. Perhaps you will practice a religion, or decide to believe in what you want. The important thing is to believe.



61. Respect the beliefs of others

When you try to "force" others to adopt your lifestyle, your beliefs, or when you try to make them become more conscious human beings, you indirectly express a negative emotion towards these individuals: It is just your ego that is strongly involved.

Suggesting something to someone and giving them the choice to take that advice is ultimately the only thing you can do, because at the time of your suggestion, the person may not yet be ready to grasp it.

Everyone is at their own stage of development, so that person may not be ready to use your suggestion/advice until 3 months or more from now... Who knows? Or maybe in 3 months, you will have realized that your advice is no longer good because you have since changed your mind on the subject!


62. Ask questions about your life

Trying to learn more about life every day is a great way to increase your knowledge base and become a more conscious person.

No one "knows everything in life", so asking questions about life and certain life situations will really help you on your journey.


63. Understand that everything changes

Whether you realize it or not, whether you agree or disagree with this concept, that's the way life is: everything keeps changing, nothing is static.

There is no way to prevent change, but there is a way to consciously control your change. Be the change you want to see on this Earth.

There are many ways to be open to exploring your consciousness. There are many ways to explore your consciousness:

68. Develop deep relationships

Developing deep and trustworthy relationships with others is not only a good way to help you become more aware, it is also a great way to share love and joy with others. If you haven't already done so, develop a deep personal relationship with at least one person.

It could be a good friend, a spouse, a boyfriend or girlfriend, a good therapist, it could be anyone. How do you do it? You already know it, everything you put your energy on develops. All you have to do is have the intention and it will manifest itself little by little.
