Healthy weight loss smoothies

If you're like me and find that you never have time to make a long culinary preparation, a good smoothie is the right option for your vitality. It can also be a solution if you live alone, it's often difficult to prepare meals every day for one person.

Here are seven of my favorite smoothies that don't require complicated ingredients to find, are quick to make and will also help you lose weight, gain muscle and have energy! I suggest adding at least a small amount of protein (vegetable milk, yogurt) that will build lean muscle and also make you feel full.

They all provide less than 200 calories and 18-25 g of protein. They are easy to prepare, just mix everything in a blender or shaker with water, yogurt or vegetable milk (soy, rice, coconut, almond ...).

Fruits are important for your health because they contain less sugar and more antioxidants.

 

ANTI-OXIDANT SMOOTHIE BOWL RED FRUITS

Ingredients

1 HANDFUL OF RED FRUITS
1 VEGETABLE MILK YOGURT
1 Tablespoon OF CHIA GRAINS
1 Tablespoon OF BLOWED QUINOAA
1 Tablespoon OF POLLEN
1 HONEY Tablepoon (optional)
COCONUT CHIPS

Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Cut out the strawberries. Decorate with coconut 🥥, chia seeds, puffed quinoa and pollen. Enjoy!

 


SMOOTHIE BOWL BOOST VITAMIN

Ingredients

1 BLOOD ORANGE
2 BANANES
1 COCONUT MILK YOGURT
1 GLASS OF VEGETABLE MILK
1 Tablespoon OF CHIA GRAINS
COCONUT POWDER

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Cut 2 slices of blood orange. Decorate with the grated coconut 🥥 and chia seeds. Enjoy!

 


CHRISTMAS SMOOTHIE BOWL DETOX

Ingredients

2 KIWIS
2 VANILLA COCONUT MILK YOGHURTS
1 Tablespoon of BLUE SPIRULINA powder
1 Tablespoon of GREEN SPIRULINA powder
2 Tablespoon GRAINS OF CHIA
COCONUT POWDER
SPRINKLES (stars and pearls) FOR DECORATION

Mix a vanilla coconut milk yoghurt with the chia seeds and leave to swell in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then mix the second vanilla coconut milk yogurt with the spirulina powder. Pour the 2 preparations separately in a bowl. Cut the kiwis into a triangle and decorate with the sprinkles✨et sprinkle with the nut from coco🥥. Enjoy the tasting 🥤

 


CHOCOLATE-BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1/2 FROZEN BANANA
1 Tablespoon of CINNEL
2 Tablespoon de PUREE OF CAJOU NUTS
40 G OF OAT BLOWERS (gluten free)
300 ML ALMOND MILK
3 PITTED DATES
1 VANILLA PROTECTED POWDER CASE
DARK CHOCOLATE AND SUGAR SNOWFLAKES FOR DECORATION

Blend all the ingredients in the blender except the chocolate and sugar flakes. Melt the dark chocolate and let it run over the iced glass. Add the flakes and let it harden. Pour the smoothie into the glass. Enjoy 🥤

 


FALL FLAVOR SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 CUP BABY SPINACH SHOOTS
1 GREEN APPLE
1 PEAR
2 FROZEN BANANAS
100G COOKED RICE
1 PINK OF BLUE SPIRULINA (for the natural color! )
DECORATION: 1/4 COOKED SWEET POTATO, 2 FRESH FIGS AND KIWI SLICES

Mix all the ingredients in the blender. Add the sweet potato, fresh figs and kiwis for decoration. Enjoy your tasting 🧡

 


DETOX SMOOTHY GREASE BURNER

Ingredients

1 CUP BABY SPINACH SHOOTS
1 GREEN APPLE
2 SHEETS OF KALE (1 for decoration)
1 HANDFUL OF MINT LEAVES
1 HANDFUL OF PARSLEY
1 CUP COCONUT WATER
1 LIME JUICE

Mix all the ingredients in the blender. Reserve a few green leaves for decoration. Good tasting 💚

 


BB SMOOTHIE BOWL ANTIOXIDANT

Ingredients

1 CUP OF FROZEN RED FRUITS
2 FROZEN BANANAS
1 Tablespoon OF COCONUT CREAM
1 SOY YOGURT
1 HANDFUL OF BLACKBERRIES, RASPBERRIES AND CHERRIES
BETTERAVE POWDER (or beet juice for pink color, optional)
1 RAPEd COCO NUTS

1 SOY YOGURT
1 HANDFUL OF FROZEN BLACKBERRIES
BEET POWDER AND BLUE SPIRULINA POWDER

Ingredients

RAINBOW SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 CUP OF FRUIT (tropical mix, banana, pineapple, mango, strawberries)
1 HANDLE OF GREEN LEAVES (spinach shoots, romaine, cabbage)
1 PEELED CITRUS (orange, lime or lemon)
250 ML ALMOND MILK
1BOOSTER (chia seeds, flax seeds, protein powder, cocoa powder)

Mix it all in the blender, good tasting. Decoration: fresh berries, a scoop of yogurt, green vegetables, passion fruit, chopped tropical fruits, cocoa powder, chia, flax. Give free rein to your creativity!

 


VITAMIN C BOOSTER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

4 KIWIS (1 FOR DECORATION)
1 HANDFUL OF SPRUCE SHOOTS
250 ML ALMOND MILK
1 Tablespoon of SPIRULINE powder
1 LEMON or ORANGE JUICE

Mix it all in the blender, good tasting. Decoration: Cut the kiwis into star shapes (optional), sprinkle lightly with spirulina. Give free rein to your creativity!

 


CHRISTMAS BOWL SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

2 RED APPLES (1 FOR DECORATION)
1 HANDFUL OF SPRUCE SHOOTS
250 ML ALMOND MILK
1 Tablespoon of GINGEMBER
1 LEMON JUICE

Mix it all in the blender, good tasting. Decoration: Cut out stars in the apple flesh, sprinkle with chia seeds, squash, coconut powder ... Give free rein to your creativity!

 


HEALTHY GLOW SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

2 RAPPED CARROTS
1 ORANGE ORANGE OR APPLE GRANNY
1/2 MANGO CUBE
1 Tablespoon of GINGER OR POWDER CINNAMON
1 LEMON JUICE

Mix it all in the blender, good tasting. Rich in vitamin C and carotenoid, anti-oxidant and protective.

 


ANTI-CELLULITE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1/2 PINEAPPLE CUT INTO CUBES
1 Tablespoon of GINGER INFUSED
1 LEMON JUICE

Grate the equivalent of a tablespoon of ginger. Then prepare an infusion with the ginger and let it rest for a few minutes. Then mix the pineapple to fill up with vitamins and stir it all together.

Ingredients

1/2 PINEAPPLE CUT INTO CUBES
1 APPLE CUT INTO CUBES
2 KIWIS PEELED AND SLICED INTO ROUNDS
1 CARROT
1 LEMON JUICE

FLAT TUMMY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 BANANA
1 APPLE
1 PIECE OF GINGER
1 GLASS OF COCONUT WATER
MINT LEAVES

 


ANTI-WRINKLE JUICE

Ingredients

1 GRANNY SMITH APPLE
1 ORGANIC LEMON JUICE
1 RAW BEET
2 CARROTS

Ideally use the juice extractor, otherwise mix the whole in a blender, adjust with water to the desired consistency. Enjoy!

CHOCO SMOOTHIE ENERGY

Ingredients

1 HANDFUL OF WHITE ALMONDS
4 DATES
1 TABLESPOON OF UNSWEETENED LOW-FAT COCOA
1 GLASS OF ALMOND MILK
1 GREEK OR SOYA VANILLA YOGURT
2 SLICES OF GINGER
1 TABLESPOON POWDERED CINNAMON

This smoothie is ideal for a good start to the day or for physical efforts. Dates are rich in fiber that helps regulate transit. They also contain vitamins (B1, B2, C) and minerals and trace elements (iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc). Lean cocoa is anti-fatigue, anti-stress and anti-oxidant ginger is anti-inflammatory and cinnamon regulates blood sugar levels.
